SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the text-messaging (SMS) program operated by Redline Design LLC. By opting in you agree to these terms.

1. Program Name and Description

Messages are sent by Redline Design LLC, a digital marketing agency based in Salt Lake City, Utah, to people who have asked to hear from us. Typical messages include a reply to an enquiry you submitted, a confirmation or reminder for a consultation you booked, a status update on work in progress, and occasional notifications about a campaign we run for you.

2. How Consent Is Obtained

Consent is collected through a checkbox on the contact form on this website. The checkbox is unchecked by default — you must check it yourself before submitting the form. The checkbox sits directly beside a disclosure stating that you agree to receive follow-up messages and that you can reply STOP to stop them, with links to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You can submit the form, hire us, and receive every service we offer without agreeing to receive text messages. We will never require SMS consent in order to do business with you.

We only message the mobile number you provide, and only for the purposes described in section 1. We do not buy, rent, or import phone number lists.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Expect no more than a few messages per month.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Redline Design LLC does not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply according to your plan.

5. How to Opt Out

Once you reply STOP we will send a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further messages will be sent to that number. You can also email redline@redline.design or call (385) 269-9665 to be removed. If you later want messages again, reply START or ask us to opt you back in.

7. Supported Carriers and Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier's network and on factors outside our control, and we cannot guarantee that every message will arrive or arrive on time.

8. Privacy

Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except subcontractors and vendors acting on our behalf to deliver the messages themselves.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. We do not knowingly send messages to anyone under 18.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The current version is always published at this address with the "Last updated" date above.
